- Como — train from Cadorna/Centrale 40–60 min; start before 09:00 for boat time.
- Tram 1 loop useful in rain; tickets same as metro — validate once per ride unless daily pass.
- Bike sharing — chaotic near Duomo; walk faster in centro.
